Processing & Production Time
All of our products are made to order and handcrafted in Nashville, Tennessee.
Because each piece is produced specifically for your order, production time varies based on current volume.
At this time, typical lead times are approximately 8–10 weeks before shipment.
Production begins shortly after checkout. During peak seasons or high order volume, lead times may extend slightly.
Shipping Time & Carriers
Once production is complete and your order ships, delivery time depends on your location and the carrier used.
- Orders under 7 lb ship via USPS Priority Mail
- Orders over 7 lb ship via UPS Ground
Typical transit times within the United States are 2–5 business days after shipment.
Tracking information is provided as soon as your order ships.

Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses

We are not responsible for delays, lost packages, or delivery issues caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses entered at checkout.
If an order is returned due to an address issue, additional shipping charges may apply to resend the package.
